Digital product, delivered instantly

Because Thrifty Sheet is a digital template that is copied and shared to your Google account automatically the moment you pay, we generally do not offer refunds once the sheet has been delivered.

We'd rather fix it than refuse you

If something isn't working — the sheet didn't arrive, a feature behaves unexpectedly, or you're stuck getting started — please email hello@thriftysheet.com. We'll do everything we can to make it right.

Exceptions

We consider refunds on a case-by-case basis in genuine circumstances — for example, an accidental duplicate purchase. Just get in touch and explain what happened, and we'll sort it out fairly.
